This policy explains how ComplexiTea™ LLC handles information collected through sipcomplexitea.com and its launch email list. For privacy questions, contact hello@sipcomplexitea.com.

Information collected

When you join the list, you provide your email address. The signup also identifies the website as the source and launch updates as the list you requested. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. The signup form does not request payment details or information about your health or skin.

Services that deliver and protect this website may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and request details, when your browser connects to them.

How information is used

We use signup information to manage the launch list and send the first-access announcements and launch updates you requested. We use correspondence to respond to you, and technical information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, and help prevent abuse.

Services used by this site

Signups are sent through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure, and its headline font is loaded from Google Fonts. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.

The current landing page does not include Google Analytics or advertising pixels. This policy will be updated if the site's data practices change. Links to Instagram and other external services lead to sites governed by their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Joining the email list is optional. To leave the list, email hello@sipcomplexitea.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. You can also contact that address to ask about, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you submitted. Please send your request from the subscribed address so we can identify the right record.

Retention and protection

Signup information is kept for managing the launch list and your subscription. If you request removal, we will stop using your address for launch messages; limited information may be retained where needed to honor that request or meet legal obligations. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Children

This site and its email list are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
